Anyone know if hub bodies will be available for other hubs in the future?
Seems a bit idiotic from shimano to only make it for DT Swiss.Kind of makes their market very small.
Would be nice if I could run it on my tune hubs but doesn’t seem there is much interest from other hub manufacturers to make the drivers.

Well, there's I9 and Onyx too, surely it's only a matter of time before major manufacturers roll out more Microspline freehub bodies. Sucks if you already invested in a quality wheelset and can't put groupset of choice on.

White Industries have engineered their way around Shimano's patent: https://bikerumor.com/2018/09/19/white- ... boost-hub/.

It will be as common as XD in a couple years, once more groups than just XTR need it.

I’m not so sure everyone else will follow suit.
As I understand XD technology was free while you have to pay to use the shimano microspline technology
