Depends on your budget but I always suggest KCNC aluminum
great low weight post at reasonable price $80-90 for 180g 31.6x400mm
Woodman AL posts are also good about $60 for 31.6x350mm at 180g
I have both of those in ALU and can say they are GTG
I have been eyeing the Woodman Carbo EL posts as those are 130ish grams for similar lengths but are around $150
wow - just looked up Darimo and they are $320 USD (279EURO) and weigh 94g in 31.6x400mm

Elita One from Aliexpress, 30$ for 125g.
I contacted Woodman about the CarboEL post and they don't recommend it for MTB use. Not sure I trust the I ended up going with a Hylix Zero Carbon Seatpost 400mm. Claimed at 188g. Better then the Bontrager XXX I weighed today 400mm long and 245g. Still saving 57g.joeg26er wrote: ↑Tue Oct 23, 2018 7:10 pmDepends on your budget but I always suggest KCNC aluminum

I'm sure the Woodman would have been fine but rather not risk it. I only race xc but do take the mtb on bigger trails for fun and don't want to think about it if I get rowdy. Below is the response Woodman sent me. I'm around 77kg so well under the weight limit.
"The rider’s maximum weight is 130 kilograms (290 pounds).
WOODman Carbo EL seat posts are designed for road or light XCountry usage. If your riding involves with jumping, we do not recommend this seat post. Jumping may damage the structure of the extra-light seat post and makes it dangerous to ride. If you need a stronger version, we suggest you use our Carbo GT/Carbo GT Ti series seatposts. They are a little heavier but stronger than EL and they all look the same. "
