I have some specialized tires that weep sealant like that. I just wiped it off and rode it.

Get some liquid latex - paint on inside of clean and dry tires
Let cure for a couple days
then mount and add your sealant

how much to buy for 2 tires? I must paint all inside surface or only sidewalls?

Once upon a time I attempted to seal a pair of Race/X-King RS with Stan's, what a nightmare. After several weeks the combo was good enough for short rides, but I put tubes back after I got multiple blisters from non-stop pumping action on a 100km route, I had to add air every 20 minutes, my buddies weren't amused with this to say the least. If you can, try different sealant, I heard Revoseal worked better with Contis like these, I also had good luck with Orange, it sealed what Stan's failed to in a moment.

I had the same problem with Conti road tires. With M-wave sealant for thin sidewalls it got to the usable point (1bar loss in 24h). I still have to try to place the wheel laterally for a day at least, so the sealant flows at the sidewalls, and hopefully seals it properly. I did it only for an hour as the user manual says so.

I've done a number of the really light conti tyres successfully.

The key thing is to scrub the inside of the tyre with hot soapy water and a scouring pad.
Takes all the release agent off the tyre (conti are the worst I've seen for this, it's the slickest substance known to man. ;) but i do it with most tyres anyway)
It also gives a keyed surface for the sealant to wet and then seal. Instead of it just beading up and leaking through. As you see here.

Try switching to Stans or Stan's Race Day sealant. I have an X-King with Racesport sidewalls and it does get a tiny bit weepy / shiny after refreshing sealant but doesn't really lose any pressure. Just wipe it off with a paper towel and it will stop in a few days. The pre-treatment of the insides with latex or even Stan's and allowed to dry helps a lot also.
