I'm about to mount a Sram S2200 short spindle on my PF30 73 mm wide focus raven, right now it has two 5 mm spacers, one on each side, but's that not nearly enough, what spacers do i need for this setup? Srams manuals are pretty much rubbish on that point, i hope you can help.

pretty sure the short spindle crankset use a 9.11mm spacer on the driveside. long spindle uses 15.45mm.

non drive side it's probably just the threaded bearing preload assembly. the long spindle crankset uses that and a 5mm spacer.

the 2.5mm spacers are for use if your shell was 68mm wide. don't use them if your shell is 73mm wide.
