Hi! whether any problems are possible when I'll install 11-36 sram pg1170 cassette on shimano freehub body on nighners wheel, instead of shimano's 11-46? my bike scott scale rc 900.
smallest cog don't mesh freehub body( never experienced such earlier..

Yes.
11 speed road cassettes are longer than 11 speed mtb cassettes.
11 speed mtb uses the same freehub as 10 speed road. Not the longer 11 speed one.
There are a few exceptions though, best one for you to take advantage of if you want a road size cassette is to use the ultegra 11-34 which uses the shorter body, but apparently *may* foul spokes in some cases.

Yes. The 11-34 11 speed is designed to fit the older standard "short" freehub (MTB 9/10/11, road 9/10).
It even comes with a spacer if you want to fit it to an 11 speed road freehub.

26-36 on a 27.5" wheel. I keep the 2x because on short punchy climbs the front shift works quite nicely, and it gives me a better chain angle when climbing.

I just can't go slow enough to make use of the top three cogs on an XT 11-40 cassette, lol.
