I like a lot about the DT 240 but the small drive side spoke flange results in low NDS tension. I'm looking for a hub with a larger drive side flange but minimum weight penalty. Boost.

How about using a thinner spoke on the NDS? That way you get more equal spoke elongation on both sides, helping to keep the rim centered during vertical and rotational forces, as well as preventing NDS spokes from coming loose.

"but the small drive side spoke flange results in low NDS tension"

That doesn't have to do with anything. Spokes at 3x are tangential, flange size matters very, very little. For radial lacing the smaller flange would increase NDS tension....

If you want more even spoke tension you could also go for the American Classic 225 where the left flange is not placed as far out. Or you can go for a non-Boost hub and use a Boost conversion kit.

I gave up on it and bought another 240. I paired it with my first asym rim so that should help.

Flange diameter has sod all impact on tension balance. Do the maths if you don't believe me.

Radial lacing heads out will result in lower lateral stiffness as the spoke is effectively further inboard which is why the spoke tension will be higher.

Thinner spoke can work well for disc brake wheels but as the resulting wheel is less stiff, loads ( braking, pedalling or side loads) will result in larger length changes in the spokes and therefore faster spoke fatigue. Clear thinking is required.

However to answer the op's question carbon ti x-hub disc is the next lightest large flange hub after extralite. More reliable as well.

Extralite does make a boost axle for the HyperCamber:
