Light-weight tool kits

Anyone have recommendations for a light tool kit? I have an Ortlieb Micro (https://www.ortlieb.com/en/Micro/) that I've packed with a Specialized EMTB multitool, a butyl 29x1.75-2.4" tube, Genuine Innovations bacon strips, a Bontrager tire lever, and a quick link and the sucker weighs a full 450g (almost right on the money). That doesn't count my pump, either. (Photo forthcoming when I get to it.) What is everyone using? What's the lightest-weight setup that could actually help in the backcountry?
