yes, another Chinese cheap carbon fibre seatpost; 31.6 x 400 mm. 0 deg offset - actual weight 200g ( claimed 184g)

UD Matte finish.

See ebay - search T700 Full Carbon Seatpost e.g. item 263259315861

pros:
+ looks reasonable well made
+ does not slip when seatpost clamp is done up
+ light (could be lighter by using Ti bots (M5 45mm and 50 mm)
+ no noticeable flex
+ very cheap!! approx. £ 22.

cons
- photos shows with no logo but item supplied had light grey logos - but could have been be more garish
- saddle slipped back a couple of mm on two occasions so may need looking at torqueing the bolts further
- the lower clamp does not fit perfectly in the post - there is a tiny gap that is taken up when the bolts are done up.

reliability unknown as only had one 10 mile ride.

I will look into that one... Are the rail cradles/cup near the top of the tube carbon?

I was eyeing this one: almost all carbon, with TI hardware.

No, the cradle is aluminium alloy.

I saw the Hylix post you mention but I have one with similar clamping style which creaks no matter what I do, not saying that the Hylix will do the same but it was one reason, as well as cost, that I did not buy it.
