I would choose either Action Tec or KMR Cycles BB:

KMR BB

BTW KMR is in Canada.

Only problem with the FRM BB sq. taper is its very hard to get hold of in this country in my experience.
Although it could be my supplier that was the problem :?

thanks guys, it looks like the KMR Cycles that nikh suggested is the best value ...the others (while slightly lighter) seem overly expensive

and it's square not sqare

spoke too soon ...they don't have anything in Ti for a 73 X 113mm

also if i decide to upgrade my crank later on (after the bottom bracket upgrade) will this affect anything assuming i'm staying wih square taper?

only when you opt for 2 x 9. Then you can work with smaller sizes. 73mm are you a GT owner?

I don't think I will go 2X9 ...I think I'd rather have a Dura Ace 12-27 cassette

I have a Gary Fisher Paragon frame
