In the market for a 15mm 29er fork. Doing fairly aggressive XC riding on a 100mm hardtail, and the fork on my bike isn't cutting it.

Anyone have opinions on Fox's RLC Fit damper versus RockShox's? Considering the XX or the new-fangled RCT3 sid prolly. My main priorities are stiffness and how well it'l soak up teh bumps and ledges.

I just installed a 32 FLOAT 29 100 FIT Terralogic after riding a Specialized/RockShox Brain 29 fork for about a year. The action on the Fox is much smoother and the Terralogic is very stiff, although I had to add air a few times during today's ride to get the feel just right. The RockShox fork had a perceptible and audible *CLUNK* whenever the BRAIN damper activated, the Terralogic does not have the same issue. Give the Fox a shot, it's definitely worth a try!
Turn down the suck knob.

Both the RS and the Fox are nice. RS is a lot lighter. Pick your poison. :) If I were getting one for more of a trail bike, I think I'd try the Fox.
