Just bought a pair of CRS C2 brakes for upcoming build as trying to keep to a budget.
Not installed yet, but they look the part and the levers feel nice.
Paid £80 for the PAIR new from Amazon which includes discs, olives etc and delivery.
Weights...
Rotors 220g for pair of 160mm floating rotors
Front caliper and lever, bled with 780mm hose is 213g
Rear set with 1650mm hose is 232g
If performance is ok, fingers crossed, that's a fairly light set for very reasonable money.
Will update on performance in the future :-)

Little update.
Couple hundred k's on them.
They work well for xc/road duties.
Easy to bleed.
No dragging
Recommended:-)

pretty popular design i've seen floating around. I bought these exact brakes as ztto on aliexpress. I wasn't able to get these to work for me since the clamps were not secure at the 2.5nm max torque of my bars. Otherwise the build quality was nice and they definitely have good pad clearance. You can replace the clamps with matchmaker X for a slight weight penalty.

Why are they so cheap? And I mean cheap as in low price, not that they're bad.

I had to fiddle about with the clamp and bolt to get it to work with my carbon bars too, but it did work in the end. Bit of a shonky design really.

Apart from that they're still good.
No idea why so cheap really.

How does the braking feel through the lever stroke? Hard initial bite? Or more light with exponential brakng? I need some new brakes and was looking at Hayes Dominion T2s because they're on sale. But these are cheaper and lighter. Trying to find the catch. I'm tempted to just pick up a set at this price though.

For me light and exponential.
I did change the pads straight away as had some good ones in stock.
Kinda cheap enough to buy and have a go with. If they don't work for you chuck them on fleabay.

Two questions as I just picked up a set of these brakes. First, are the levers reversible? They're currently set up for British style braking (right/front & left/rear). Can the levers be set up either way (logo & reservoir up vs down) or do I need to swap them and rebleed?

Second, is there any way to use a matchmaker with them? I tried using the one I have for my dropper but the clamp won't fit with the extra width of the matchmaker nut. And the SRAM clamp is just ever so slightly different. Trying to figure out a way to use these without 2 separate clamps for the brake and dropper.
