Struggling with this a bit, I need a new freehub seal and can’t seem to find one, the Shimano tech document doesn’t appear to even show it? Anyone any experience with these things?

It was actually really weird, bearings have felt smooth for aaages then all of a sudden the felt grubby and basically knackered, I feared the worst but when I stripped it out everything is clean and smooth until I put the freehub seal back in :noidea:

The entire freehub is sold as a single, non-serviceable unit.

Disappointing but not unexpected, some of the decisions Shimano make are absurd.

Cheers.

You ever tried to reassemble a freehub?
