If you ride the bike without pedals, don't include them in the weight. Otherwise, do.

Maximum tire width of 23 mm, per Time manual. Nowadays people complain about road bikes which only go up to 30 mm.

Plus, Lightweight (brand) front hubs required some finagling with spacers to fit in that classy, skinny fork.

The whole premise of this thread is terribly off the mark.

The only thing which matters with cycling equipment is whether the bar tape matches the saddle.
