Looks a lot like the Shiv as well as that old GT Project 96 TT bike from back in the day that Mark Allen used.

Wow, how low do those seat stays attach?!

Not the prettiest bike around but still waaaay nicer than a shiv tri!

Other than the non-3:1 tubes, I don't see the resemblance to the SB. The GT had a tiny round top tube. The Felt has a top tube large enough you could put your energy gels in it...

That isn't a DA, btw.

The new Shimano crankset allows the use of any size chainring. I'm a big fan of the 52/36t size.
