Sent second email friday. No reply. Called them Friday afternoon. Guy on the line told me:"Looks like there is a delay of five weeks. I can't see why." I said:"Well that doesn't sound good?" Guy on the line:"*silence* *types on keyboard* and after while hangs up on me.

I called again yesterday asking what is the status of my order. Woman on the line just told me that estimated delivery is at week 30 and there is no delay. I was like WTF??!! I told that I have order confirmation with week 25 on it. ... She said that she will send me another order confirmation with week 30 in it as estimated delivery time.

I sent them email saying they can keep their bike which they can't deliver.

I ordered Look 695 with Dura-Ace Di2 9070. I already have Mavic CCU's so I would have sold the wheels from that Canyon anyway.

It's the experience of others such as yours which has prevented me from ordering a canyon. It took a week for them to reply to my first email. A week, really?

I'm concerned that if any problems arise in the future, it will be a complete pain in the arse to deal with them.

I wouldn't know if it's a culture thing with regards to their customer service, being in Germany as they are. The customer service in general there is a fair bit short of what you might get in other countries such as the USA.

It's starting to look like I'm going to skip the canyon experience as much as the ultimate appeals to me. The head tubes are so damned long. That's the other deal breaker for me.

I can't believe he literally hung up on you. Good on you for telling them to stuff it. The 695 is a really beautiful bike.

Yep, there is a limit how much you will put up for gaining value in form of a better equipped bike.

Maybe it was better this way. The Look is just gorgeous. Received it Friday. Still have to cut the seat tube and maybe also the steerer tube.

I'm based in UK so call the UK line. They've been pretty spot on for me - in terms of reply time and any orders etc. Maybe it depends where you are based maybe the time of year has something to do with it. but, yeah, I can only say good things about them.

Hi Canyon lovers! :D

I'm interested on buying aeroad cf 2013 since they have a price reduction on their website right now .

But before I swipe my CC , have 2 questions in mind .

1.Are new aeroad cf replacement coming very soon ?

2.Can we use Shimano Di2 BTR2 internal battery with aeroad cf ?

Thanks guys

Here's mine pretty much finished. Gotta cut the steerer and remove the graphics from the SRAM cranksets. I'll do that when I'm not too busy riding it!

Thanks to Aerozy for the frame!
