in the background to what seems to me like a grinder rigged to a benchtop jig i presume for cutting steerer tubes,

question is anyone know what make is the grinder/jig?

I can't tell what specific model that is, but look up "Angle Grinder Stand" and you should find what you're looking for.

To be honest, it looks like a 'generic' model (sort of like the 'open mould' in the tool world). That design can come under a number of brands. Search alibaba and you'll see the same style available for wholesale, ready for your own label/brand.

that looks like it may be a grinder for piston rings, since they usually have diamond cutting blades. Not 100% sure, though.

Judging by the colors, I'd say the grinder is a Bosch.

Frankie is right, the grinder is definitely a European model Bosch.
