How funny! you and RTJohnson stopped at the same spot to take a picture of your Trek.

Thanks, now I'm just deciding wether to try the R-sys wheelset, it's not very flat where I live, although I know they won't look as good on the bike like the cosmics.

Why not lower the handlebars slightly?

I think that helped with the aesthetic.

Nice build by the way.

Well after some deliberation and riding of another bike I now realize how good these wheels are and cannot justify the upgrade to Zipp 303 or Bontrager Aeolus 5 D3.

Maybe in the future but for now ill continue to ride these excellent Cosmic wheels which also look excellent on the bike.

Good choice! The Cosmics look good, the only justification for me would be to go to the Bontragers due to the brand cohesion.

Looks like the bike is sitting at the current 15lb 10oz for now, I may look into changing all the bolts out to titanium.

Couple of updates, I decided the chain needed a clean and measured the weight of a cut chain, also included was a split link which I can confirm works fine for DA9000, as these KMC chains were advertised as campag only.
