Rourke always builds a good frame.

Great looking bike, how does it ride? Rourke good to work with?
Thanks
i see what you mean about Leopard Trek!! - (i did choose the colour 7 months ago )
I did 40 odd miles on it this morning - fits perfectly and feels very responsive when i wanted to
put a bit more effort in.
I haven't put my speedo on it yet but i definately feel that i'm a bit quicker and pedalling is more efficient than usual.
Brian Rourke was great to work with - i spent around 3 hours getting measured up by him and Gareth - Jason rourke builds the frames - they got it bang on in my books..
I'd love a pair of lightweight wheels - maybe Hyperons if i win the lottery
Maybe some deeper profile all black rims would look good too..

I ordered a couple of new wheels recently.
H+son rims for my road bike and carbon rims for my mtb. After seeing all the gear when it came i regret not ordering road rims aswell from ligh-bicycle. There rims are well made and very good vallue for money.

Great looking bike. Well done. I would have spotted it without the decals due to the wraparound seatstays. He's the only builder I know of that still does this. It was popular back in the 60's and early 70's, but went out of vogue. Mercian's in Derby used to build a lot of their frames that way.
Nice colour as well. Enjoy.

I keep coming back to this topic to look at this magnificent bike, but it does deserve some better pics (sunlight!)
You obviously roll w/ the 'in' crowd to come up with that one ahead of it's time! Yeah, I've heard good things about working with them in general, but one or 2 iffy experiences, but I think those people just didn't really know what they wanted and were probably annoying.
Get out and enjoy that puppy.
