Admit it, we all buy bikes depending on how good they look to our eye. End of story.

A rare specimen of the speckled Ridley chrono bike, the latest in a series demonstrating convergent evolution...

Time for a shakeup of the technical regulations so there's a scramble to make a new thing, F1 style.

Based off a claim that no one was making.

Vaughters made it himself in an interview and twitter. A poster, who I quoted in my response also made it. Perhaps you were too busy trying to snipe at my opinion to notice that. Some of the riders are strong, but just the team itself I do not think is as impressive as Vaughters feels it is.

And there's nothing on JV's twitter to back up what you're saying either. Which is what I went by.

Given they have a Grand Tour winner and the domestiques who helped him win that race in their 9, I stand by you being harsh.

And poor at accepting an alternate point of view.

I have an eye on fit too. Maybe I'm weird.

What powermeter is that on the SR crankset on the white bike next to the TT bike? doesn't quite look like an SRM :\

If Froome crashes, does Porte wait?

*let's say at a critical juncture (i.e. 5km to go in a sprint stage, key descent, etc.)

I don't think so.

@mentok, that is the Campagnolo SRM, but with a cool custom Ridley decal. When I get some, I'll post a pic.

Hope not. I've got good money on the little Aussie to at least podium possibly win.

It's an interesting one cause they are actually friends, but which way does that fall? Would Froome be less upset with him if he went? Or 'never leave your wingman' regardless? Who's Maverick and who is Goose?

I have the biggest thing for the way Ridley paints their bikes and that is no exception. It looks AMAZING. It is too bad my shop is dropping Ridley this next year.

I think that for Sky, they will like Porte go if Froome punctures. They know that he is the ace up their sleeve should anything happen to Froome. If he were to wait for Froome, they both could lose podium, but with Porte not losing time they have a VERY good chance of podium (if not win).

I think Sky orders last year would've been to wait.
