Anyhow, I need a different BB as this has a GXP BB86 fitted and from what I can gather, it won't work with a DA7900 crank.

Destined not to ride this thing on Sunday!!

Very glad to see you ditched the Look bars. With the DA7900 it's going to look very clean.

I'm a pretty matchy-matchy kinda guy, so I'm all for the Giant bars and the DA crankset.

What color bar tape and cables?

So Black fizik performance bar tape and black cables.

Now I've seen the bars in the flesh, they are way too loud.

And the gloss cages are too much too.
Matte cages are on order.

I haven't cut the steerer yet as I 'may' raise the bars by 5 or 10mm yet.

Although saying that, I did 112miles on her today and she was flawless, just a tad uncomfortable in the drops.

Have to say it's your bike that make me add the Giant TCR back to my list of Next Bike Project. Hope the color scheme will be good in 2014. Didn't like the 2013 selection.

I started with shinier cages but they've been changed to the matte Arundel Mandible which suit the frame better

Swapped out the garmin out front mount for a barfly v2.0 yesterday.

Much prefer the positioning of the screen now.

Need to get her weighed someplace accurately.
