Have you tried contacting Zipp? They sell spare parts.

In the US, almost any bike shop can order that for you. I don't know what Zipp's distribution is like in Portugal, but if a shop sells Zipp wheels, they can get you the 0.25mm spacers. FYI, you need one for Shimano, two for Campy.

search ebay, i just bought a couple of the .25 mm washers /spacers.....
Correct, as thisisatest said, you only need one spacer for Shimano.
I would like to clarify whether you have an older model 202 hub from 2002-2005 or the 188 hub used on a 202 wheelset. The picture you attached is of the 188 hub; the 202 hub had a smaller axle diameter so the spacer is different.
In either case, our customer service guys should be in touch Monday and will be the fastest way to a resolution. The parts should be readily available in Portugal as European distribution of our wheels originates in the SRAM facility in Coimbra, so I'm a bit confused by the response from the distributor.
