Have you tried contacting Zipp? They sell spare parts.

I try online chat.

They send an automatic answer. Then I reply.

I'm waiting.

In the US, almost any bike shop can order that for you. I don't know what Zipp's distribution is like in Portugal, but if a shop sells Zipp wheels, they can get you the 0.25mm spacers. FYI, you need one for Shimano, two for Campy.

To Shimano hub, just need one?

Here in Portugal, Ciclo Coimbrões (Zipp's distributor) said they were not for sale and they can't get it :(

Correct, as thisisatest said, you only need one spacer for Shimano.

I would like to clarify whether you have an older model 202 hub from 2002-2005 or the 188 hub used on a 202 wheelset. The picture you attached is of the 188 hub; the 202 hub had a smaller axle diameter so the spacer is different.

In either case, our customer service guys should be in touch Monday and will be the fastest way to a resolution. The parts should be readily available in Portugal as European distribution of our wheels originates in the SRAM facility in Coimbra, so I'm a bit confused by the response from the distributor.
