Fair enough. I kind of agree with you. I would much rather be racing French Federation races but i've ended up in a bit of a strange situation which doesn't really make it worth while:
-At the beginning of the year i thought i would be leaving France in April so i decided to stay with my current club (which only does UFOLEP races) where i get to ride with my mates.
-Now things have changed a bit and it's been confirmed that i've leaving in July except the good UFOLEP races are in June while the good FFC races are in July and August
- Once i do one FFC race i can't do anymore UFOLEP races
- The early season UFOLEP races are a lot more local than those coming up. There are a couple of stage races in June where i'll be very happy to be top 5.
Just to even things up a bit, Beaten in an uphill sprint...

It's official. McDonalds makes you go fast up hills.

Here there are some photos of the hardest race of my life, not because of the profile, just because of the weather, snowing and 0ºC. We only finished 41 of 130 riders, some of them had to retire and finished in hospital with hypothermia. At least, I was second in my category:
Spain has ever some serious podium miss.
Yes. The second pic is epic. Riders look somewhat underdressed, though.

Is that Vince or Phil Gil getting in some Mtb cross training ahead of the Tour?
Regional Championships. Managed to get all three riders from my team into the 11-man break. One of them got dropped, was caught by the peloton, attacked again, bridged to the break, went straight past and was only beaten into second place on the line. Enjoyed my day doing some work on the front and came in 7th or so.
This is Josh Ixic Tyrell of Guru Racing at Mardi Cycliste in Lachine on June, 4 2013, who managed to keep it upright after this was taken

Nice 1-2 for my UK club on thursday night. The problem with racing in the UK is you can get a load of TT specialist turning up to a 3/4 cat race. Break went at the beginning, average speed of 45kph on a rolling course before two of us got away 5 miles from the end. You tell the winner is a TTer - he lifted one arm off the bars to celebrate just after this photo and almost fell off
Here's one I shoot today of a DH MTB race..
