[quote="Maximilian"]A break from university exam stress:
Mooo. Nice septum piercing on the cow there!
Not strictly on the road. From 6 hour MTB race weekend just been. I crashed on my head on the 6th lap and had blisters on the palms of my hands that stopped me from finishing - but I had a fun day and it's a great atmosphere

Jason, looks like a pretty strong group. Was the rider in MTN Qhubeka kit and bike part of the team?
Nice video!
Just out of curiosity, is it common to have group rides on weekdays?

Stunning day in Uk today, South wales inc. Tintern.
I am envious of all of you! This morning was supposed to be dry, so I rode up the Salève. Of course a shower came, I had to seek cover. Then after the summit, snow! Must have been from overnight, and then the rain washed the snow off the trees. Very bizarre. About 5 km of this, never descended so slow. Freezing, too.
Wow, huge respect for getting down that in one piece. We had a bit of sunshine for the first time in a while so i headed off it look for some snow:
Heading up the Col du Portalet, it really was stunning:
Found the snow about 4km from the top. Just before this photo, the road was down to one lane because of an avalanche.
Up on the top, the snow was quite deep in places
Managed to get the strava KOM which was due to a couple of things:
1. TT bike
2. "slight" tailwind all the way up
(maybe not in that order...)

Thanks for getting us those shots, basilic. Pretty.
