Sorry to hear about your crash mate! I'm a firm believer of letting the wound dry first. When it is dry then you can apply cream to it. Give the skin some rest.

At the summit I ran into snow and had to turn around (it's late May, and the col is only about 1500m or so!)

Just about managed to get over the Col Du Spandelles last weekend. Still a bit of snow about so had to walk a couple of times in the last KM:

Froome and Porte on my uni campus today doing wind tunnel tests - me (to Froomes left) and a mate were out riding after exams, got news they were on campus and so smashed it back. Interesting comment from Porte when we were chatting about contador is that 'he is breathing normally now...he never used to breathe'' :lol:

Thanks Basilic. Not really got any photos from the departmental championship. Going to have to wait for the regional champs in a couple of weeks.
