As you can see there are some major changes the continued 9000 upgrade, Possible Garmin 810, im also considering some Bontrager Aeolus D3 35mm Carbon Clinchers with DT swiss hubs, going to do some more tests with them before I make the change though.

Luckily I get to play with alot of kit and test it.

So ive decided to keep these wheels and run them for 2013 at least, I wanted to tone the bike down abit so removed the wheel decals, took a good hour to remove them and clean them up nicely.

The plan is not to leave them like this, im looking to find some custom cosmic graphics in either Matt Black or Gloss Black. But for the mean time this is what it looks like. I do like it but wouldnt leave it like this, the black rim surface really helps, it it was standard aluminium I wouldnt have removed them.

I think toning the wheels down will make the DA9000 stand out better as well.

Have to say I preferred it as was as the decals matched pretty well ... wish that top tube was nearer the horizontal Cannondale style rather than MTB style

Ive ordered some Charcoal vinyl decals. I tracked down some SLR decals but they were $100. Suppose I could have waited until I got to work on wednesday to see if I could have got some direct from mavic, But I wanted a specific colour to match best as possible.

Also the SLRs are a full decal with black backing, I dont want this I just want the vinyl lettering. cost me $45 instead from a local specialist.

The bike looks really nice. Enjoy it! I was of the opinion that 7-series was the way to go, but your bike has really impressed me. Might have to look at getting one of these instead!

Quick update with the decals applied, ordered some more to replace a few so they are all bubble free. If anyone wants a set of these let me know!
