prendrefeu- yeah, I'm not saying its very scientific, it's probably the memory imprinting thing. I've had several experience with the phenomenon from bike and ski crashes to hitting a great tennis shot, so not always potentially life threatening situations. I'm sure it has to do with memory recall as one of the articles looked at. Funny old things, our brains!

in between jobs at the moment so i traveled to sd and la for a quick couple days before my next jobs starts. Got sick on the plane which totally wasn't awesome though.
first was in SD and rode with my pro drifter buddy matt powers.
then drove up to LA for some boba and baldy. riding baldy sick is a really bad life decision. I made it to the lifts but admittedly had to stop a couple times [bummmed] because i was breathing through a straw....
then went animal style

Enough about sliding on pavement, how about riding some? After a rainsoaked day, the sun cam out for a 5* day on the Costa Brava...
Headed up to Sant Grau
Guess some of the locals thought it wasn't such a bad call...the OGE boys cheating with a scooter

17th of May - Norwegian Constitution Day
We celebrated by watching the season 1 finale of "Lilyhammer" again.
Maine, USA
Watching yesterday's race suffer up Diablo was great fun.
Andy was looking comfortable. He smiled and waved to people that cheered at him.
Ted King. I guess going for the Strava segment. He was off the back of the climbers but a head of everyone else.
Sagan, chatting, saving his legs for tomorrow.
Jens descending back down.
Did 107 mile round trip ride from my place on the peninsula, over the bay to Diablo and back.
