I want to order 160mm & 180mm 2 piece Formula rotor for XTR M988 Trail brakes . Anyone know if this set will be working together without any problems ???

why ? I want alternative rotors for Shiman RT86 6-bolts...

Or any alternative rotors for XTR brakes ? lightweight with great power (160mm+180)

Discs have no effect on power at all (unless they are contaminated!), a heavier disc will have more heat capacity so will withstand overheating longer, a lighter brake will be, well, lighter (and this is weightweenies!)
