With threaded fork, headset and Cinelli 1A set up, this is going to be the nuts! I'm also concerned about the Swift, but not because it's not period correct and that it's not Italian; but that the stack height and the exposed rail design will result in very little seatpost showing. I do agree that a Regal, Rolls or a Unicanitor would fit better, but if Brooks saddles were only meant for 30s to 70s bikes, they would've been out of business a long time ago.

Go with whichever saddle suits your bum! I didn't go quite as retro as you, but did go for the silver 2011 11 speed, and some NOS 2006 brakes. And a bang up to date Arione because that's what my bum desires!
Great choice by the way.....

My preferred saddle is the Selle Italia SLK, I ride that on the C50, and my Cross bike, I have 2 more in black and 2 in White in my stash ( bought them cheap when it was out of the catalog), most probably the Master will end with one in White ( the one that is now on the Dream ).
They are not that light though, weight around 220grs, my alternative prefered saddle is the SLR Carbonio Flow, which I had on the C50 for a while, but I prefer it a bit softer so the SLK went back on it.
Alternatively I also have in my stash, 2 SLR Fibra in White that I could use.
I got the Swift Titanium at a great price and it is not that heavy, so it will get setup first just to have the feel of it

Mike reports the frame arrived to his distributor, it will be here soon
I've got the same colour ordered so the sooner I get to see your build the better
Been twisting melon on how to build it, was almost about to order a ton of silver finish parts but had my doubts. I think it'll always feel a bit ersatz to me if I did that. NOS parts are a no no for me on a brand new 2013 made frame too, like buying a Caterham 7 kit and putting a knackered old 1950's Ford engine in it because its "period correct" somehow.

To start with, I will build it with the full silver 10 speed centaur Ultra Torque/Ultra Shift that is right now built on my Dream.
The group is new, just built on the Dream last year but later decided to go with the master instead of the aluminum dream.
The Centaur components are not bad at all, my commuter is centaur with a Triple Comp and works flawlesly.
A bit heavier and no bearings on shifters or brake pivots, but otherwise very good.
However is a bit silly to build a rather expensive and exclusive frame with lower level components just because they are silver.
we will see, if I don't like it like that, I still have a new Record 11 group to do a neo-retro build.

All set, the frame should be arriving here next week
This is the first time I order a frame, that is supossedly built for me, and had to wait some 2 months for delivery, interesting experience.
