Maybe stick a poll with the original, the red original and prendes design and whatever gets the votes we go with it, otherwise we ll be doing circles around this all summer.

I like the design by eurperg. Could be improved of course, but so far it's the only one I would buy.

LOL, wow. You're better off calling them out, so atleast the rest of sane world knows who to put on the ignore list.

I agree.

Just a suggestion, which will probably get trounced and nitpicked if this thread is any indication, the poll would be better hosted externally on a voting/survey site which enables a few questions.
Overall, have a deadline for voting.
For the designs, have the voters able to 'rank' their preferences. This will enable persons to essentially vote for multiple designs they are interested in while still giving a preference of ranking. It will also enable particularly "passionate" people to pick their preferences as well.

Include two necessary questions:
1. Will you commit to placing an order (jersey + bottom) regardless of winner?
2. If yes, how many items (quantity count)?

Since only the survey creator will see voting results, require that people who vote write in their WW username.
Why? This will ensure that you have a record of 'who' is committing to buy (and with that results can be filtered. Why include preferences of those not buying?) and it will also deter persons from using multiple false usernames to alter the voting. A username can be looked up - does it actually exist? Are they an active user here, or someone who just showed up to vote?

SurveyMonkey works very well for this.

As far as the survey? No problems at all.

As far as the order? It shouldn't be. I imagine that the order gets sent from mfg to one person who will then need to sort & distribute. Each person will have to pay for shipping then (I suggest a reasonable flat rate for domestic, a flat rate for international). I estimate a USPS Priority International shipping cost will be around $40-$45 USD for up to 3 sets stuffed into a "Medium Flat Rate Box" that we have here.

I think the "proper pool" idea is great. About the shipping, I think if there are more orders from european, it should be produced in europe so it's cheaper to ship. Otherwise, i think shipping a kit to europe is below 10$ in real usps price, with the cheapest service.

Last time I was able to stuff 2 sets of kit (or maybe it was 2 jerseys and 1 bib) into a flatrate envelop which costs ~16$ international and $5 for US. So the shipping costs do not really make it a deal breaker. 40$ for 3 kits would be a deal breaker to me and I hope USPS hasn't increased their prices that much.

With regards to a poll, I want to make the few changes i highlighted in an earlier post and have that in there as well. I'm a bit busy but hope to get that done either late today or tomorrow then we can compare what design is most liked. Once I get that in order I'll put a poll up. Hopefully the whole thing is not split evenly because then we will have issues.
