I cannot see how some "glue" between the frame and the rivnut could hurt , the only problem is that you would want it so thin to get into any tiny gaps but you would then want it thick to stay in place.

It won't hurt, but it probably won't work very well, or for very long. There will be all sorts of grease, dirt, flakes of paint and so on it there, hardly makes for a good glued joint. Unless you pump half a pint in there.

10 seconds with some nuts, bolts, washers or the right tool and it'll just work. No fuss.

Any tips for when you can't get the bolt holding the cage OUT of the boss because the boss just spins in the frame tube? Glue?

Yeah, its a relatively common problem and a really simple fix if you know how to do it. ;)
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.
