Hi all
got a new bike now, after the planet flexxy and myself had a crash (damn animals!)
2011 Merida Reacto Team 20
Full SRAM Red (53/39 with 11-28)
Farsport 20mm Tubulars
Vitorria Corsa EVO CX Tyres
I know its an aero bike with low profile tubulars on it. I have another set of 1350 gram alloy clinchers and looking for a set of 60mm rims for flatter races. Bike climbs like a dream, the rims make it feel like you are on the moon.

dont know the weight of the frame / fork as it was built when I got it. I would be guessing in the current frame size about 980 grams for frame and 380 grams for fork. It feels a lot like my planet x nanolight except stiffer.

Looks good, I like the shapes a lot and I'm wondering what it would look like in a different scheme...
If you ever do get around to a re-build at some point, do weigh it and update the thread? I think you've got the only Reacto on this forum so far.
Those 20mm tubulars are nice too.
Happy riding!

will do, its a very nice bike to ride. I am also looking at the Scultura SL (even lighter) and more made for uphill, this is more for flats but I like hills.

that bike and view look kinda familiar...
should be a photo from the summit though

Some riders on my team reported that the 2011 frame weight was somewhere near 900g (can't varify this). The 2012 was almost 100g heavier after being reinforced. The 2011 frame broke like raw spaghetti in crashes. I think we had five or six frames in for carbon repair, in addition to the one frame that broke in five different places. It rode like a dream though, great bike.
