Weird that Peterson gets 0 American press, but has been a very consistent rider- moreso than CVV or Tom Danielson.

Last winter I heard that Shimano gave to sponsored WT teams the 10 speed Di2 as training groupset cause they were still having some issues with the new Di2; probably they didnt resolve yet?

Regardless of what happened to the gears, Wiggo certainly lost his cool and jumped off before the car was ready. That petulance cost him way more time than it needed to, and ultimately he could never get back on terms. Admittedly, after he was 20 seconds down, he probably decided to treat it as more of a test rather than really believing he could still win. Not that I wouldn't do the same, I'm sure (which my wife pointed out to me when we were watching it :D ).

Apparently Pinarello's are the pro's choice for the bike throw?

Also, what are the odds that Wiggins ghost rides his bike into some random wall and it props itself up like nothing happened?
- Zipp rims will break if you look at them too hard
- R-Sys wheels will spontaneously explode
- The ZG crankset will never, ever exist
- Everyone needs Lightweights, even if they're fat and old
- Parts actually made of metal are SO 10 years ago

Anyone else reminded of this throw by David Millar? Just as angry, but the result wasn't quite as elegant

If electronic groupsets start having the typical issues of any computer, I think we'll see a return to mechanics and maybe the end of electronic shit. I don't think so though... pity...

Overreaction? How many equipment issues and bike changes do you see in any major race and how many are due to problems with electronic shifting? If mechanical shifting never broke I'd get what people are ranting about but that's plainly not the case.

Stuck in the big ring up the mur de huy I believe. Unless his whole Di2 crashed though, I'm not sure why he's not at the top of his cassette.
