Looking to replace whatever I can w/ black Ti parts.

Do they have something for hollowgram spiders to chainrings?

By and large, if it's not subjected to shearing forces, aluminum will actually be lighter (bottlecage bolts and such). Stick to titanium or steel for stuff like seatposts/stems/etc.

I started my own list a while back, so here it is. Only caveat is that I have not ordered any of the bolts yet, so I can't comment on fit, weight savings, etc. Right now it's my shopping list (I'm running Ultegra):

Rear Derailleur:
Main derailleur pivot bolt: m10x25, TC carries a black hollow Ti I have my eye on. I've used Alu in the past, so I may go either way with this one
Limit screws x 2: original m4 x 14, Toronto Cycles has m4x16 in Alu. You can always shave it down
B limit screw: also m4x14, TC stocks m4x16. Again, likely not a big deal
cable pinch bolt: original m5x8, TC stocks m5x8.5
I'm planning on leaving the cable adjustment bolt as-is, I find the Alu ones a bit ugly.

Front:
mounting bolt: original is m5x13, plus M5 washer
limit screws x 2: m4x11, TC has m4x10
pinch bolt: m5x8, plus m5 pinch washer, TC has m5x8.5

Why Ti bolts all around? Alloy is lighter for bolts that don't have heavy stress on them. Usually that means you should use Ti on all six stem bolts, seatpost clamp, saddle clamp, and cable clamps on brakes/derailleurs. Everything else can be alloy for better weight savings and less money.

As for what bolts to get, get some calipers and measure them. Bolts measured by the width and length of the shaft. For example, a bolt that is 5mm wide and 15mm from the tip to the base of the head is M5x15.
