Hey guys, I'm mid-way through building up my CR1 and am trying to keep it as light as possible while keeping the price as low as possible. I've discovered the Merek brand who seem to have super light components for pretty reasonable prices. I've done some reading and found that they are fairly well-known and somewhat widely used however there are no real definitive answers as to if they are worth the money.

Anyone got experience with these parts or any opinions?

Thanks

I have a merek carbon saddle and seatpost on my road bike and love it...though make sure the saddle is the correct size for you first!

I'll probably not be going for the saddle as am very happy with my Madison, was more the post and maybe stem I was interested in.

I got a merek saddle, extremely light, and the wide flat profile fits my sit bones well. Laid it down twice in crashes and despite scuffs on the side, there are no cracks or structural damage.
