i disagree, i've built about 40 of those things and they are pretty damn easy, the cabling is really well done. i'd have two complete front ends set up (with full outers on both), and the switch could be done in about 15 minutes (if i was absolutely pressed, i reckon i could do it in less than 10. the only annoying bit is getting the rear brakes set up right, but you get used to them very quickly)
even easier would be Di2 with two front, plug in and ride. (just ignore the brakes, whoo needs them:p)
