I want to post a frame to myself in Spain from the UK. Does anyone have any tips or advice on the cheapest way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Probably ParcelForce.
Tip, keep the box as small as possible. Most couriers use the volume of the box, not the weight of the package for their prices.

I sent one UK to Denmark with parcelforce, cost about £25. Stephen is right about the box size, they can be a bit funny about it so keep it as small as you can. You don;t have an ISP do you?

I've used parcels2go no end.
Website is a piece of p155 to use, and it will probably come out with parcelforce as the cheapest.
It's cheaper than the pf website price estimator, and they collect instead of having to queue in the post office all afternoon....
