I am also currently using the XMF08TT with the Shimano cleats. I think the Shimano cleats are contributing to the waring of the Ti body, as the original Xpedo cleats have their bottom side (the place where the cleat contacts the pedal body) polished, where the Shimano cleat has shap edges.

I will be changing my cleats to Xpedo this week and if anybody is interested, I can post pictures.

Edit: I just found a nice article about the XMF08TT and their cleats with great pictures that show the cleat/pedal interface.
