There is no way to fit a 30mm spindle crank onto a bb90 bike. Your bike has bearing seats that are 37mm in diameter. that only leaves 7mm total, or 3.5mm per side.

Not an ideal solution but it is possible to fit a Thm to bb90. You can fit a pair of 6706 bearings into each side (4 bearings total). This gives an 8mm width at the bearing seat which is made for 7 and also gives 2mm less of interface with the arm/bb but it does work. I normally don't recommend this as the 6706 bearing is very small and wears out fairly quickly. For an exact fit you could replace one of the bearings on each side with a custom 3mm wide spacer, keeping all the original dimensions, but again decreasing the longevity of the bearings.
Personally I'd agree with Sedluk and sell the frame not the crank.
