Escape tubular rims in 24H/28H?

I have been searching the WWW for a set of Velocity escape rims in 24 hole for the front and 28 hole for the rear.
I can not seem to locate any in the hole configuration that I am looking for.
Does anyone have a lead or idea were these can be sourced in the USA? I contacted Velocity and it seems they quite making them. I know there have got to be some out there some were. Any help?
