Zipp 145 is 12 degrees. Not very ww though.

I wonder if they will not go to far with the new stem. I loved extralight parts in the past but tried recently the ahead-cap and the headset had play every ride. I guess the new ahead cap was to thin and bended. I hope they push the bounderies not to far.

This looks like a decent advancement on its current iteration. It isn't that light though. How gladly would anyone want to take delivery of a more stable and less 'noodly' and weighty alternative available in lengths up to 130mm?
