Maybe tailing three riders, each GPS is paired with a powermeter or other data?

Sagan probably picked up that shirt when he came to So Cal.
He maybe thought it was funny and decided to get it. Maybe another rider got it for him thinking it would be a funny pic. I can't tell you how many tourists I see with those "types" of shirts walking around LA. Believe me...I can tell they are tourists.
People are thinking too far into it.

IIRC, 60-70 percent of the peloton rode 25s at the last Giro. I've been a huge fan of 25s for a while now. I've always felt a 25 rear and 23 front was a great combination. However, with newer wide rims, you can still get a great profile on 23s.

Wow only 85 psi in the front and 90 in the rear.
