I think jdp211s suggestion is a standout one. The Belgium is a bit heavier than the 340 or XR19, but its in a league of its own with regards to the finish.

I built up an almost identical set, albeit with tubular rims, recently, and they are nothing short of fantastic. The hubs are simply the best I've ridden, and the ride quality of the wheels matched with Veloflex roubaix's is nothing short of fantastic.

Here's what I recommended to a friend looking for an everyday rain/shine clincher wheelset from FWB.

Seems like the Chris Kings are some well liked hubs, would one say they are the smoothest bearing hub? Im looking to do another build.

CBRE,
when I was looking for wheels to be built I went to the Trek of Pittsburgh asked about having some wheels built up and they did not even try to help, kind of pushed me towards other wheels. Not happy with anything they had to offer I went elsewhere. I get the impression if you don't buy a bike from them they don't give you the time of day or not as friendly as other shops in the pittsburgh area. Just my 2 cents.

Brandon will do something cool for you. I have all Cannondale's from Pro Bike but deal mainly with Top Gear and Trek of Pittsburgh(Robinson store.)
