"Open mold" asian cyclocross carbon fork
Moderator: Moderator Team
We see a lot of road bike carbon parts on the net these days. A few of them seem to have good reviews...
Is there some good open mold asian cyclocross fork (canti brakes) models used and loved by cyclists ?
Some favourites, "terrain proven" and decent quality... ?
I'd like to hear you, and links please...

Yes, there are countless numbers of forks that would do the trick. The problems are that these factories don't sell consumer direct and even if they did it would be for 100pc at a time. This limits selection.

Although the actual manufacturers don't sell direct to consumers, there are a number of resellers/wholesalers/trading companies that will. Take a look at Dengfu, as I have purchased both carbon time trial and disc cyclocross frames from this company but patience is essential as they are located in China.BobDopolina wrote:The problems are that these factories don't sell consumer direct and even if they did it would be for 100pc at a time. I'm considering selling a tapered 1.5" 4ZA CX fork, full carbon. Ridley house brand. It was on their top-end frame in full World Champ colors, but I stripped it of the stripes, too-thick white paint, and all the lot. 225mm steerer. Weighs 375g without the studs...
