Got my new TCR Advanced SL1 today.
7.04kg, with Dura Ace 9000 pedals and uncut ISP and steerer.
Cannot wait to ride it! Not allowed to pop pic's up of it yet though

Tinea,
What size is your tcr?
And congrats, my LBS originally said 12th week, for my SL0. But just last Friday, he told me it has gone out to the 15th week.
Can't wait for some pics.

Like the weight too.

Ahh yes, SL0 and SL1 a little different in terms of availability. Even so, our SL1's were delayed. And I dare say my Trinity will arrive in the same shipment as your SL0.
M/L size. Took it through the Dandenongs today. Which given that was my second ever time there (and first down a lot of the descents) I have to say I was very impressed with the handling.
Oh and climbs well too. Certainly better than I'll be able to push it.

Cool ! Absolutely in love with the wild paintscheme and the lion's head on the headtube.
Which wheels are you going to use for racing ?

My 2013 TCR Advanced Giant insider frame. Haven't had a chance to weigh it but it feels hefty (just under 16 maybe). Still trying out saddles so excuse the saddle/bar tape color mismatch.

Different geo, different material.
Not really a fair comparison.
I will say it is a lot better than people give TCR's credit for. Is nicely balanced between the front and rear end, great weight, descends well and hasn't beaten me up in the slightest. I did 3 Peaks on it a week after getting it.
All in all, great value for a race bike.

Thanks Tinea Pedis...knew it was like comparing apples & oranges but just wondered...the geometry/dimensions used to be awful years ago but they really seem to be spot on now.
