Why did you swap cranks? The specialized cranks would have been lighter and at least as rigid.

Agreed, but I do have a Power2Max powermeter and I had to install the Rotor 3D+ crancks to fit the P2M

The Speci arms should fit the Lightning P2M model since they're the exact same thing.
Don't take me too seriously. The only person that doesn't hate Froome.
