WW member @BobDopolina (I think his name is) has a store in Taiwan (from all I can gather) and he stocks Novatec hubs. You may want to try him ::

Exotic hubs make very little sense to me. In my experience, inexpensive Ultegra cup/cone hubs are completely bulletproof and offer a quiet and maintenance-free freehub. You basically don't have to think about them, which is what I want in the first place from a hubset. Also, with $20 worth of cone wrenches and a half an hour of practice, if you ever need to you can replace the bearings for $0.50 and set the preload perfectly. These Rube Goldberg style preload adjustment designs make no sense to me.
Having said all of that, I have also had good luck with DTSwiss 240s and Novatec sealed bearing designs.
