Thanks Powerful Pete, I had the frame retrofitted for Di2 back in Sept. of '12 at Ruckus Composites in Portland and then began my vigil of waiting for 9070 parts like a lot of other people. Wasn't going for the lightest humanly possible build but tried to keep the weight respectable. She rides great, very comfy, almost a little bouncy compared to my S5 but that might be the Kurve saddle. Can't speak highly enough of the Di2. It's absolutely perfect and was dead on on the first ride. Works great with the Praxis rings too. I think the stiffness of the rings really works well with the Di2. Overall I'm very pleased with the bike, it's my new favorite.
Yes I used the SM-BTR2 battery. Stuck some o-rinds on it and shoved up in the tube. Stuck really tight. The work for the Di2 retrofitting was done by Ruckus Composites in Portland, OR. It does invalidate the warranty. Don't really care about the warranty, if something comes up I'll probably just have it fixed by Ruckus, they did a great job on the retrofit. They basically shaved off the unnecessary cable stops and and put holes where the stops were reinforcing the area as well. They also filled the area on the BB where the external cable guide was. They put a hole inside the BB area for access to the internal junction box. Here's a pic of that.

I can't recommend them enough. Great communication, honesty and outstanding all around work.
Lovely looking bike.

Are my eyes OK, the bottle cages have some blue stuff on as well...?
If so, can you post close up pics?
The FC decals... if they were blue, that would be a big WOW

Your eyes are good! There's a blue argyle pattern on the cages, very subtle though. While I was waiting on the Di2 parts (boy it was a wait) Slipstream did a limited run of the these cages and I picked up a couple for this build, it was perfect timing!
Garmin-Sharp Mandible Cages
If I could source blue firecrest decals, man I'd get them!
Thanks for the kind words.
