This is my Cervelo S5:

Cervelo S5 team frame, 58 cm, weight 1400 gr!
Cervelo fork 350 gr
THM M3 crankset with Rotor Q-rings
Planet X CNC brakes
Sram Red shifters and derraillieurs
Zipp course SL stem and carbon bar
Tune Komm Vor saddle
HED stinger 6 wheelset with veloflec carbon tubulars

Total wheight 6,8 kg, so that's not bad for a bike with a 1400 gr frame.

I was not happy with the finish quality, so i decided to give it a new paintscheme by a professional painter.

Looking very stealth! Sweet. Like the way the seatpost combines with the Tune saddle!

Wow, makes a goofy-ish (but fast) frame look killer, well done! :beerchug:

I wonder how it handles with such a comparitively short wheelbase?

I can respect what this frame is about but can't stand the overall shape. I realize the aero advanatges, etc but think the Cervelo SLC SL was a gorgeous frame but not this thing. This looks more suited for a triathlon than in the peloton.

I do think you did a wonderful job with the paint scheme and component choice

According the Cervelo website the wheelbase is 1009 mm, is that short for a 58 cm frame?
I don't have problems with handling the bike.

Yes, the SLC SL was gorgeous and much lighter, my 58 SLC SL came in 995 gr. The S5 rides more comfortable and is probably more aero. And yes, the looks of the S5 is different from other roadbikes, but gets better and better when you're used to it.

It's not the most aesthetically pleasing frame, but sure looks like it means business. Also looks awful as a bare frame, but very purposeful with a set of deep section rims! (I have the same frame, not repainted in the same size being built atm).

I like it!
