I think speedplay are terrible, way too small and I don't buy the whole "pedal is on your shoe."

Clipless pedals were invented by Look. After that this concept has been improved upon by Time.
As much as I dislike to downtalk one brand and praise another I'm religiously convinced that of the two brands mentionend Time innovated and perfected the clipless pedal way beyond to what the guys at Look did.

Granted, the I-Click series wasn't the hit Time expect it to be but as you can see companies like Time will correct the cock up and what's of utmost importance they'll always service whatever you bought from them and do it so that whatever you pay for a repair is nothing more than logistic expense.
